INDICATION:
Adults only: a) Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). b) Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL). c) Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). d) Granulomatosis with polyangiitis and microscopic polyangiitis. e) Pemphigus vulgaris: Refer to the SPC for full information.
