Competition

• •  The competition promotion is open to residents in the Republic of Ireland over the age of 18. Residents can choose to avail of offer without entering competition when returning completed card to the pharmacist.
• •  The prize consists of a €50 one for all voucher.
• •  Entry into the competition can only be achieved by the method listed as follows: Customers who present a fully completed and validated Yummy Gummy Bear loyalty card in participating pharmacies.
• •  The competition closes on the 31st of August 2019. Any entries received after this date will not be included in the competition. All entries must have the entry form completed in full.
• •  The winner will be selected through a random draw determined by Rowa Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
• •  The winners will be contacted by telephone within 30 days of the close of the competition and the prize will be delivered out within 30 days of notification of the win.
• •  The winner will be contacted by Rowa Pharmaceuticals Ltd., with the contact information provided in the loyalty card.
• •  Entries received after the relevant closing date will not be accepted. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prize.
• •  The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• •  The promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
• •  Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the promoter.
• •  All internet/postal/connection charges related to the competition shall be the entrant’s responsibility.
• •  Details of participants and winners shall be retained by the promoter for the sole purpose of the promotion. Participants may withdraw their consent to the retention of such data at any time by declaring such withdrawal to the promoter.
• •  By participating in the promotion, participants and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• •  To the extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes all liability whatsoever to entrants and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) and the winner in relation to the promotion and the prize(s) to be awarded.
