INDICATION:
Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever. Dosage: Swallow with water. Adults: the usual dose is 500mg–1,000mg every 4 to 6 hours to maximum of 3g daily. Maximum single dose is 1,000mg. Children: dosage should be based on body weight. 20-50kg: 60mg/kg divided in 4 or 6 separate doses. Do not exceed the maximum number of doses. 43-50kg: 500mg every 4 hours as needed, to a maximum of 2.5g daily. 34-43kg: 500mg every 6 hours as needed, to a maximum of 2g daily. 26-34kg: 250mg every 4 hours or 500mg every 6 hours as needed to a maximum of 1.5g daily. Impaired liver or kidney function: dose reduction required or dose interval prolonged.
